"Stayed for a week during Easter Holiday. Having tried most 5-Star hotels in Dubai, this experience do stand out. In comparison to hotels on the Palm, you have a proper and very clean (thanks to the lifeguards) - the sea-bed is not muddy. Check-in was smooth and extremely accomodating (thanks to Olga). "This hotel has exceptionally good customer service, every single member of staff went above and beyond to meet your wants. Lots to do within the grounds like many restaurants shops activities . I particularly liked the safe beach and calm swimming water. There were minor stuff like cleaner over tidying if that is possible but with good intent I suppose. Can’t wait to visit again "
