"From an early check-in onwards, the staff were consistently friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with helpful recommendations and quick to sort out anything I needed. Booked a one-bedroom suite, which was spacious and had a separate lounge. That made a real difference, as there was room to relax or work without everything being crammed into the bedroom. The hotel is clean and modern throughout and the amenities are well maintained. Location and transport are where this hotel really stands out. Getting to the Palm or Downtown is very easy. There are always plenty of taxis waiting outside, and taxis booked through apps arrived within two or three minutes every time. The Metro and Tram are about five minutes away by taxi, or roughly a 20-minute walk. The hotel is close to the Dubai Marina promenade. Dubai Marina Mall and JBR beach are both about a 30-minute walk away, or a quick 5-10 minute taxi ride. There's also a handful of restaurants and cafés within a 5-10 minute walk, so you don't always need to travel far for a meal or a coffee. Facilities include a sports bar on the first floor, a well-equipped gym, and a decent-sized pool with loungers. Guests can get access to the sister beach club on the Palm, with a shuttle bus provided. Overall, First Collection Dubai Marina offers spacious rooms, good facilities, helpful staff and excellent connections to the rest of the city. It's a comfortable and practical choice whether you're visiting for leisure or business."

"Everything was great. One thing that could be improved is quality of breakfast, it was a solid 6/10. I had better food for the same price range stays at nearby properties in the past. Also ocean water was stale due to palm construction, but this is the issue of the palm overall"

"Great location, good pool and excellent breakfast. Room layout isn't most efficient with a lot of wasted space making the living room cluttered and bedroom small. A few of the staff are good otherwise lack 'wow' feel in the customer service."

"The food and drink was first class,plenty variety of food at the buffet restaurant and the Italian,Lebanese and Thai restaurants were out of this world,pools were very busy and the swim up bar was excellent and always plenty alcohol to choose from.the hotel entertainment at night was shocking for the size of hotel,not much variety and pretty boring to be honest,hotel is to far away from Dubai city centre but taxi was about £15-£20 which isn’t much,last thing,the Russian people that were there are arrogant and expect just to walk in front of everybody and think they can get served before everyone else,unfortunately for them there is a queuing system all over the world that they need to follow like the rest of us"

"This was our second visit to Taj within a month, and once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful. We chose to celebrate our daughter's birthday here, and from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, everything was simply outstanding. A special mention to Alka, Front Office Manager, for her warmth, professionalism, and excellent hospitality. At Palm Restaurant, Ibn Ghosh and Sarthak were exceptional and made our dining experience truly memorable. Shabir and Simran at the Club Lounge also deserve special recognition for their attentive service and genuine care. While these team members particularly stood out, the entire Taj team deserves appreciation for making our stay so enjoyable and special, especially for our daughter's birthday. It is the people who make a hotel truly special, and the Taj team certainly lives up to that standard. We had a fantastic experience once again and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and a memorable stay."
