Dubai Coast hotel rooms a the Flora Hospitality

"Almost absolutely everything about the hotel was perfect Staff were polite Room was clean & regularly maintained The valet team were impeccable The only downside we had is the food. We paid an extra £300 for the breakfast When we arrived the breakfast buffet was closed for renovation They alternatively had a cafe or room service for breakfast Each morning whether we had the room service or cafe The food was hard, tasteless and not very nice. Almost didn’t finish it every time. It was so upsetting because we saw on social media the breakfast here was to die for and feel like we wasted those extra few hundreds when it could’ve been spent eating out for breakfast "

While the receptionist, Ms. Indira, was very helpful when I reached, we were not happy with the stay after that. The AC was not working on both room and restaurant, and whenever we called for housekeeping, they were very delayed and many other issues. We really wasted our money for no reason.""

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a quick escape within the city limits! It was spectacular and the team paid attention to every detail! Would definitely come back again!"
