Shangri-La Dubai
Excellent customer service from front desk, to restaurants, executive lounge and housekeeping. Great food in the executive lounge and a wonderful place to relax. Excellent spa services. Decent location that has a shuttle to the fountain/mall. Highly recommended.

Hotel is in an ideal location especially if on a short vacation stay. I enjoyed all the facilities. Breakfast was top tier, the gym was well equipped and the staff very kind and helpful.

Superb stay! Very easy check in, excellent room, very nice amenities. I loved the Vault bar and the room service food. ALso very nice gym and steam, sauna and relaxation area. Very friendly staff all throughout, very kind and welcoming. I really had a nice time, thank you
