"My flight got in much earlier than the check-in time but they were able to find me an upgraded room within 15 minutes. Location is 5 minute walk from the metro and tram. Rooms were clean and quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful."

Surrounded by tons of little craft shops and restaurants, street performance. Our room windows open to the street view. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast included. "So far out of 9 hotels on my swing thru 7 countries, this Novotel Hotel was by far the best. Location and room size were great. Room was clean and at least twice as large as the other hotel rooms. Had better amenities such as a pool, which I didn’t have time to use. Great bar. Staff were superb. "
