"Clean spacious room, driving up the mountain to get there at night (was also really foggy) was a little precarious. We arrived late evening so the restaurant was no longer open and there is no place close by to get snacks or anything. Had drinks in the bar area which were really good but having a pizza oven or something to heat up or make some appetizers would have really made it better. Staff were very friendly"

"Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wird nur durch viele Einschränkungen erreicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, keine Extras wie Wasser oder Safe. Es gibt keinen regelmäßigen Zimmerservice. Die Rezeptionsdame geht schon 19.30 Uhr statt 20 Uhr. Die Treppen sind abgenutzt und schmutzig. Die Kinder rennen lärmend durch den Speisesaal. Das Essen wird nicht nachgefüllt. Beim Frühstück jeden Tag Rührei aus Eipulver, wenig Obst, 4 Apfelsinen für 100 Gäste. In der Sauna zu wenig Liegen. Das Tauchbecken ist...

"Nice place and worked well even if staff were on vacation (only staff was someone fixing breakfast). Positive was several parking places. Only negative was the narrow beads placed almost in the middle of the room (but if you don't move, you don't fall out of bed). "

"In such high altitude, with the vanishing winter and melting snow, there are really a lot to explore in oberhof. The stay at the hotel was excellent and authentic. "Bei der Unterkunft muss man beachten, dass es dort nicht so ist, wie auf der Webseite beschrieben. Die Gaststätte war zu und nach Auskunft anderer im Ort, wird diese auch schon länger nicht mehr betrieben. Im Gasthof gibt es kein WLAN und auch kein Internet. Ebenso im Ort nicht. "
