"We arrived for our check in and the room was open. The door was unlocked… this is concerning as it was on the other side of the property. While we were unpacking a staff member used their master key and just walked in. Asked us a bunch of questions like who were we and why were we there? Then left only to come in again with the master key to educate us on how to use the deadbolt. Hot water was pretty weak and the bathroom was a tiny cell. This all in their “ocean view suite “ Finally, the wallpaper was torn, the room was outdated and the lamp didn’t work.
