Pen was fantastic from start to finish, with excellent communication and genuine hospitality that made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared each morning. It was one of the highlights of our stay. To top it off, the complimentary airport transfers were incredibly convenient and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire experience seamless. "Friendly staff - the kind of standard you would expect in Thailand. Very conveniently located just beside One Nimman and Maya Shopping Centre with plenty of shopping, food and massage options around. Complimentary drinks everyday is a nice surprise. The only drawback is perhaps they don’t have a smart TV that allows you to stream from your mobile device and limited cable channels. "

"Great value for money, considering the pool villa comes with a huge personal pool and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Was also not expecting the many fantastic opportunities for birding, right in my villa. The resort grounds are pretty with lush hillside views that you will want to photograph. The only potential negative is that there is only one restaurant, with dishes that are hit and miss. But I did really enjoy some of the Thai food on offer. As this resort has been around for some time, expect some minor wear and tear, but these were mostly non-issues for me. Overall, a wonderful escape!"

"This hotel is located a bit away from the old city, but it's definitely worth it! After a long day of navigating city life and dealing with traffic, it’s refreshing to return to this hotel. The room was well-designed and clean, and the balcony view was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend staying here."

"Took a family studio but unfortunately one of the toilets was not operational. It wss a 2bdr, 2 washroom suite Small botique hotel - clean rooms, courteous staff, breakfast is extremely limited and made to order. Away from the city but beautiful locale. 20-25mins to city center and night market. Pool area and general areas were well maintained and spotless. Recommended "
