The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive. The accommodation had a great atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property features a lush garden by the riverside, a nice swimming pool, and a gym. The overall environment was peaceful and serene.

We loved our stay at this fantastic hotel. The property is beautiful and calm and the staff is incredibly attentive and kind. They were hit hard by the flooding in October 2024, but they have done incredible work to repair the facilities. When we were there (early Nov 2024) the pool was open and only the garden next to the river was closed while they re-grow the turf. We are 2 adults 2 young kids and the 2-bedroom suite was perfect for us.

Très bonne adresse

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Chiang Mai . Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'hôtel, un vrai petit paradis. Kong le manager est très aimable et nous a donné de bons conseils et nous avons bavardé avec lui. Il est très sympathique et tout le staff est très accueillant et gentil. Les petits dejeuners sont excellents et copieux. Je recommande pour ceux qui veulent être au calme juste a l'extérieur du centre ville mais tout près !

Werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Super service aan de receptie. Er is een kleding was mogelijkheid en je kan handdoeken pakken bij het zwembad. Het zwembad is schoon met een prachtig uitzicht. Kamers zien er mooi uit met mooi natuur uitzicht over het water. Enige verbeter puntje wat we kunnen bedenken is zachteren bedden. Als de 1 omdraaid word de ander wakker van het gekraak en wiebelt het hele bed. Verder hebben we wel heerlijk geslapen.

A rather disappointing stay.

1. The air con in the room (on 2nd floor) emitted a very bad odor. 2. There was a loud humming noise from a machinery motor near the roof that made sleeping at night quite impossible. 3. The reception of the TV was very bad. 4. Excellent staff service. 5. The breakfast was freshly made to order.
