"This is an exceptional value for its location and our second time staying here. Waking up across from the Frauenkirche is an experience everyone needs. The property was clean and secure. Check in was easy and the employees know their business. We were a group of six, and they upgraded us to a larger apartment at check-in. Our original booking included a washing machine, but the larger apartment did not. The staff arranged to help with our laundry, and we were able to get it done before departure. Overall, a great experience."
