She was consistently exceptional - warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She remembered small details, checked in proactively, and made each morning feel welcoming. "I stayed in the hotel 1 night, the hotel itself is big and well maintained, the staff are helpful and courteous. Beds aren't very comfortable( maybe because it was the separate pull out single bed). For a room where there is booking for 3 people if you put only 2 cups , 2 glasses and 2 tea bags it doesn't give a great impression on your customer. Parking charges- 12 pounds for 24 hours also stings a bit The best thing is the location right next to the high street and the river."

"We stayed on business, didn’t have a chance to make use of the facilities, but we had a clean room, great dinner from the grill bar, although it was so busy we had to eat in the lobby. Good buffet breakfast, secure car park for any tradesman looking for somewhere safe to park a work van overnight. Great value, looking to book again for my next visit to the area."
