"Great hotel everything worked great I heard rumours about air conditioning but all false very comfortable staff helpful . I had a late flight the day of checkout but they had a nice shower room set up before I went to the airport. Book this a day in advance so you get a proper half hour slot."

"I stayed at the Hilton this week (6-9 th June) having booked on the basis of the profile and great experience in the Hilton Tulum I seemed a great option. I booked a suite, upon arrival there was only 1 member of staff (11pm) and I was asked to find / make my own way to the room. In a vast building that was not a great start. The room, a suite was dreadful. Located in the lighthouse building on floor 5. It was pitch black, no natural light, balcony was covered in moss and sludge with waste...

"The lady checking in was extremely nice, there’s a hotel with the same name in front of it so it’s easily confused. There’s no one to help with bags. It’s old dated not even close to a five star. on the plus side of the views were great."
