"The staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I had severe food poisoning and my travel companion needed medical assistance. The cleaner was amazing, getting help and cleaning the room. We're both very grateful for the professionalism and support. In terms of the room, it was exactly as described. However, there is no fridge or kettle. A kettle would have been very welcome - something to consider?"

"Overall experience was excellent, rooms were a little dated and service at the pool bar was slow but can't complain as it did everything we needed it to. Only complaint was it got very windy by the pool some days!"

"The ameneties were great the free breakfast had so many options and was delicious. Our bed was 2 twin beds pushed together which was kind of annoying and uncomfortable. But overall beautiful views great pool and beach chair area. They offer lots of activities as well! Would come back. It was a little far from things so having a rental car is a must if you want to explore the island at all. Had no issues parking."

"We travel a lot and stay in some of the best properties all over the world. Nixe palace was fantastic in every aspect. Food, service, insane views from all the rooms… wow! And truly what an incredible location! The hotel sits on one of the nicest beaches! But what really stood out is the attentiveness and professionalism of their staff. Their front desk staff, bellman, and concierge team is beyond outstanding. When do you go to a hotel and front desk leaves a lasting impression? Well in this case they did. They were so helpful with dinner reservations, instructions of what to do and where to go. They even helped us get our phone back from a rental car company that took off with it. Everything was so beyond top notch at this hotel. It’s truly rare to see in even top 5 star properties. This hotel is truly a gem. We plan to come back every summer and recommend to all our friends."

"New hotel in a good location under 20 mins walk from the Cathedral. Unusual quirky design with pine panelling throughout, with comfortable rooms and large bathrooms. Nearby marina area has some nice restaurants. The excellent beach is just 5 mins away. The airport is a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Had a decent gym which could do with a few more machines. Very friendly staff who really looked after us. Fantastic roof top pool and bar area, with great views out to sea and toward the Old Town, much better and cheaper than the nearby Es Princeps hotel!"
