"This hotel was our favourite during our 2 week trip in Italy. The hotel was unique with art everywhere, old beams, and historic elements. Our room was lovely with an antique wardrobe and 2 big paintings of Bologna. Directly out our window were arches and the high tower of the church. Spectacular!!! The staff were amazing...helped us make reservations for dinner at one of the best restaurants in Bologna ... Franco Rossi."

The staff were remarkable, from the smiles and cleanliness at breakfast to the suggestions on where to go, how to get there and what to avoid! I will stay here again in a heartbeat! "Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt."

"Quiet location 15 min walk from the central train station. Very friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. We had an issue with one of the rooms but this was resolved quickly and an alternative room offered. Good breakfast and also had a nice meal here. Underground garage was an advantage with ability to book our space for a small fee."
