"No FOX TV for World Cup!! TV's should be working! No ice on 4th floor...went to 3rd...no ice went to 1st inquiring at front desk...ice on 2nd floor!! 100° day and no cold water to greet guests...empty container. Breakfast was good...could use fruit juice and fresh fruit."
