"This suite lies in a busy area, so there is enough to do in the neighbourhood. The communication in advance worked very well, they contacted us on the day we arrived and gave us all the necessary information. "The staff were wonderful- the manager Pauline (?) very accommodating. But overall the property was disappointing, although a great location on Old City, nowhere to park car or even un load car! We had to park 20 minutes walk and walk all of our luggage in on foot. They said no taxis could enter. This was a huge problem. Also the rooms had garbage on floor, and the brekkie seemed like it wasn’t made that morning. The beds were decent, the showers fine. Just overall not my favorite accommodation...
