"We had a wonderful one night stay while we were in Toronto. The hotel is super clean and conveniently located many things that are within walking distance. The valet service was nice and they held our bags and car for awhile longer after check out so we could explore the city more. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone passing through!"

"Our room was not accessible from the lobby. We had to use the elevators by the subway station which felt like we were off property and not at a beautiful historic hotel. The walls were paper thin, we could hear every single cough, fart and conversation in adjacent rooms and in the hallway all day and night. I’ve wanted to stay here since I was a little girl, and it felt like I was sleeping on a bench in union station. Very disappointing and over priced."

"We got suite 916 for a really good price. We discovered upon arrival that was because they are doing construction. It looked like some painting but no work was done while we were there so it ended up being a really great deal. Our room was great. There were only two small complaints. The plug on one of the nightstands was not working and the bathroom set up does not allow for much movement when the door is open. We enjoyed the underground PATH access from the hotel and enjoyed the bar/restaurant. Food was delicious."
