"Pretty much just slept there no other interaction."

"This is one of my favourite hotels simply because of the rooms and price. It’s also the perfect location, not right in your face downtown but a quick drive to anything. It is not a five star hotel but the apartment style rooms are great for large groups. As for cleanliness the fridge and floors could use a bit of tending to and my room had a stale cigarette smell but nothing a little air freshener couldn’t fix. The staff is friendly and I do like the underground parking although it is $40 a night which I find a bit pricey. Keep in mind I have stayed here three or four times in the past four years and they are still doing construction throughout the building. Nevertheless I will be back again. "

"Excellent location and clean, spacious rooms. Comfy beds (slept like a log!). Would definitely stay here again, especially if I had meetings in the Queen's Park, University Avenue area. Breakfast good too."

"The first room was adequate but once you notice the details, it seemed the room was unkept - torn blackout blinds and dusty cabinetry. The second room was an updated suite; however, other units on the floor were being renovated and felt as if I was in the renovation zone -not a good feeling for someone who is seeking R&R. My request to change rooms was quickly addressed and with great customer service "

"Just want to thank Expedia and The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto for helping us get a room last minute another property cancelled on us. The stay was amazing and the staff were very attentive and professional. Though it was only one night, we really appreciated the extra special care."
