"First time staying at this hotel immediately we were met upon a long line to check in while finding out that other customers and clients were complaining about the air-conditioning being broken. The front desk also said that the air conditioner has been broken all day, but they were working on it right now in the room to fix it even though it was 9:00 PM at night. We waited for an hour before checking in and they still did not fix it in the room and could not provide us with a specific time that it was going to be fixed completely on the possibility that it might not be working we decided to cancel our stay so we waited for about an hour on the phone with Hotels.com because they couldn’t get a hold of the front desk to confirm the maintenance issue I would say overall the whole two hour experience was one of the most terrible experience I’ve ever had checking into a hotel will not be staying here or even attempting to"

"I booked this hotel through a third party and when I arrived at 8pm they told me it was over booked and my room was cancelled. That's it. They told me hotels.com was supposed to have emailed or called me, no one did. The hotel should have called me but never did. Just said room was cancelled and that's it. I had to coach the guy up front to call around to neighboring hotels to get me a room. Bad taste in my mouth for sure."
