"We had a nice stay, staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and after leaving property we realized quickly that our grandson left brand new items in the fridge that he brought with him. I called right away and first staff member left me on hold for 10 minutes, I called back and staff said let me check. After a few minutes she got back to me saying oh they we already opened so they threw them out. I corrected her saying absolutely not opened and she put me on hold again then came on saying they threw them out. Obviously it was our error leaving them behind but I worry if someone was to leave a person item would it get ‘thrown out’ that quickly???"

"Clean, COMFY, breakfast buffet was great the restaurant staff were so friendly! Make sure you bring cash to tip them bc it’s not included in the vouchers and there is no system for helping them get what they deserve."

"My wife and I stay at this hotel 2-3 times per year when we visit her family in the city. The hotel is very clean and has super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is very good and they now have two new waffle makers since we last stayed. We definately recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice stay in Niagara Falls."
