"Clean / spacious and cozy My only complaint would be the Valet in the Evening . They were rude and pushy . We did valet our car however , please treat others cars with respect ."

"We had a King 2 bedroom suite, the room was comfortable, but the living room and bathroom floors were super filthy! Had to request for cleaning after we checked in. There's construction on site and we were not told about at check in. We had a room that was right next to the instruction and they start work at 7am EVERY morning! We were enjoying pool time and they had to evacuate everyone out of the pool for 30 minutes because it was too crowded! We had a King 2 bedroom suite, the room was comfortable, but the living room and bathroom floors were super filthy! Had to request for cleaning after we checked in. "

"The reason why I didn’t rate it higher was due to 100 teenagers running in the hall ways. "

"The windows are so thin you can hear everything happening outside even people walking by. The door locking mechanism was so loose. The family didn’t feel safe even with the safety latch engaged. The prices from the snack shop are more than the airport or a luxury hotel in New York City. But I feel the price reflect the condition."

"Room was clean but maid service never came to my room on the first day after we arrived. Had to reuse wet towels. Television channels were impossible to figure out, it annoyed me all trip. Bed was not comfortable, but I do have a bad back. I’m not saying the place was bad.., but it wasn’t great either. "

"The room was clean. The day was amazing. I booked the night for me and my nieces and nephew. We enjoyed it. I had a podcast show thing that I was attending so being able to get our room reserved there was a plus."
