"Cannot rate this place highly enough! An excellent stay. Very spacious and clean room/suite with great amenities (Japanese jacuzzi!). Very helpful and friendly hosts in a great hotel/bar/restaurant. Good location only a few minutes walk into the town. First time in Kings Lynn and we were very pleasantly surprised with the town"

"So pleased we picked Ffolkes for our stay, we had a brilliant time. The facilities are all spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was just a very pleasant stay. The spa has a number of different hot and cold experiences which were all excellent. We stayed in the spa loft room with cinema baths and dart board area. Would definitely stay in the same room again. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"We had a lovely stay. The facilities and staff are all brilliant. The pool and lake was a bit too cold for us in October but will be back in the summer. We had lots of little walks, family game time and enjoyed the boat in the lake. Our dog was in heaven swimming every day!"
