"Reception were very helpful, especially Martin and the other staff at the bar. Our rooms were clean and refreshed daily. Car Parking was not close to the hotel so we needed several trips as we had a lot of loose luggage The hotel was however very convenient for the city yet we slept well"

"We booked our stay at the Hythe Imperial hotel to celebrate our Golden Wedding, and we weren’t disappointed! Everything about our stay was perfect, from the kindness and courtesy of staff, to the surprise congratulations left in our room to see upon our return! We will definitely be returning. "AC worked great. Conveniently located for hoping on a cruise ship-short drive to cruise port. Desk staff were helpful Room was clean but housekeeping didn’t replenish soap or shampoo and left us only one towel despite reservation for two."

"Very nice room, aircon worked extremely well, had to turn it down a bit despite staying over on one of the heatwave nights. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was nice as well. Only thing to mention was the lack of parking availability. Whilst I booked my parking spot well in advance, it was clear they filled up very quickly, and weren't enough spaces for guests. There were EV chargers as well, which were all working and easy to use, but once the car was charged, there was no space to move it to a regular parking spot, so the hotel staff told me to just leave it there overnight, blocking someone else from potentially using it - not ideal for a Hilton. Overall though, excellent, would definitely stay again."
