"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "I love that you are just 5 minutes from the metro station, and one 4 minute ride to Disney. The room was great and super spacious. The bar and staff were great and really friendly! They all spoke English too, which was helpful. The atmosphere and vibe was social and modern. My only complaint to the staff is in regards to the door at night. They lock it so your card doesn’t open it, and they have to manually open it. The issue is they never look at the door or respond to the buzzer. It was snowing, and I was stuck outside twice till I finally got their attention. Honestly, 5 stars for everything else. 1 star for that. "
