"The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the heater/AC unit after the first night and they immediately gave us the option to move to a new room whenever we were ready for it. The rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is ok and free. There are plenty restaurants around. Most rooms have a great view to Mount Si. Breakfast is good and well stocked with options. There's always cold and hot water available, they also have some amazing free mints on the lobby. I'll definitely be back here whenever I'm back to Snoqualmie or around"

"A charming place with a nice restaurant, which was unfortunately only open on weekends. Coffee, too, was only available on 2 of the 5 days I stayed there and Index itself has little or no other amenities. I would suggest they put small coffee stations in the rooms!"
