"Good area, clean and friendly staff. We stayed a couple of times here before and after island hopping. My only complaint is that during our first stay the shower soap was empty and we asked them 3 times to fill it over 2 days and no one did it. We eventually asked the cleaning staff to do it on the hallway. "

"The Heritage Hotel is now my favorite property in Manila. The hotel is clean, the staff is extremely friendly and professional and the amenities are fantastic. Keep in mind the breakfast s Asian centered but they do offer American and or Western options."
