When we returned later, our bags had already been placed in our room, which was a lovely surprise. A staff member personally showed us to the room and gave a short introduction, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful. The service throughout our stay was excellent and very professional. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to get around, and the spa facilities were very enjoyable and relaxing.
