"Had an executive room which overlooked Regent park which was good. The room was clean enough and had the basic facilities, which was adequate for a one night stay. About 5 or 6 rooms share an enclosed entrance so I was awoken before 5am by a man taking his

out, then back, then out again, then back again, each time allowing the door to slam shut behind him. (Why are some folks incapable of easing a fire door shut out of consideration for others?) I mean -

"The reason to stay here is the interior design but sadly the ambience of the bar and restaurant are too modern clashing with the decor - the music played was ok but the speakers in the bar were not working proberly so all bass and no trebble which was unpleasant. Very limited non alcoholic drink options. No non alcoholic cocktails. We also had a 1am false fire alarm. The service from all staff however fitted perfectly and was exceptional.
