"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"Clean, efficient design, had everything we needed and the one bedroom apartment fit us all 5 comfortably. Location was perfect and within walking distance to the city center and major attractions. Staff was very friendly. Discovered a gem and will certainly stay there again!"

Receptionen var endast öppen vissa tider och inte ens då hittade man personalen alltid. Dessutom helt stängd en dag i veckan. Lakan med fläckar som inte gått bort i tvätten och dammråttor under sängen. Uselt vattentryck i duschen men varmt vatten. I övrigt helt okej boende med rymlig lägenhet för åtta personer.
