"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"My family and I had an incredible time. The location, the staff, and the overall feeling was outstanding. They made everything so seamless and management does a very good job. This is one of our favorite places for a trip in the mountains and very well located to visit many other beautiful places nearby within driving distance. We have nothing but positive things to say about this experience and would highly recommend."

"Check-in time is at 4pm. Staff comes in at that time. Breakfast starts at 8am. The staff that is there to check-in and provide service till 8pm was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are small as it seems to be geared for the skiers. Good location once you get there. Without a car directions are deceiving and the walk is long with trailing luggage. Try to get the bus from the train station which will take you up the mountain (it’s free). This bus can also take you to other near by towns (such as Chamonix)."
