"Locating the front door to the property was difficult and getting into the property was near impossible. The passcode to the apartment was incorrect and the owner did not respond to our messages or phone calls. We were standing outside the apartment door for at least 20 minutes. "Spacious apartment with great big doors to open up into the piazza. Perfect location! We parked in the suggested nearby parking garage where we got discounted parking through the accomodation which was a lot cheaper than the standard rate. Parking was easy enough but about a 7 minute walk away."

"Yes, the room was clean. However, there was a stale smell of smoke in the room that the staff did take care of. The staff were excellen - helpful, pleasant and extremely professional. The breakfast was also excellent- a real pleasure I would say. The hotel is also in a really good location, situated as it is right on the edge of the historical centre with everything within walking distance."
