They got the parking for us on the day very helpful, Room was cleaned and cleaning staff also helpful when we asked for towels for five of us, overall you get what you pay for great value for money and central location (also there’s a sharwama spot right across from the front door of the apartment and it’s so good haha)

The location was excellent, within a short walk of the majority of city attractions. There were many bars and restaurants nearby, offering a large variety of experiences. The apartment was spacious, adequately fitted and furnished but a bit dark. I was apprehensive about check in and access to the apartment but it was easier than I thought - the day before or of arrival you are emailed a code which gives access to the front door of the building for the duration of your stay, this same code grants you access to your individual apartment - quite straightforward. Any maintenance requirements I had were dealt with immediately and efficiently. I would stay there again.

I have to rate this property low for several reasons. 1. I think had they self basics like salt and oil if would be a nice touch. The kitchen had nothing. And usual you can at lease expect salt 2. The minimum I expect is a good night sleep. Out of the four nights, I was sleepless for 2 due to noisy guests in other apartments 3. Poor communication. I was told after the first night of not sleeping (noise until 5 am ) that I should contact the emergency number so they could deal with it. I did so the second time if Happened and no one read or replied - so not really an emergency number at all. Lastly i asked if they new a taxi service and also got ignored Basically this is a basic stay. Don’t expect much
