"Hotel is stunning, staff are absolutely amazing. However, breakfast was a disappointment everything is A la Carte and if u order a full English you never gott all the items listed in the menu, they often ran out of beans and for a full week had no hashbrowns. Rooms are amazing but everything is digital which is great but digital doesn't last long so the all the fancy stuff u get promised for heated toilet seats the lid lifts automatically at a touch of a button didnt work for the duration we were there, the. Curtains stopped working half way during our stay and lighting dimmed in both rooms half way during our stay and we were given an industrial lamp to improve the lighting as they cudnt fix it. We were promised extra amenities for the boys because of the issues and these were not given they were promised by the manager who looks after the guests. Coffee machine in all rooms are not filled unless u ask for it to be and the milk only lasts the day as it goes off within 12hrs. We had to ask every day for this to be filled and if we forgot to ask this wasn't automatically filled however when u did ask they were up straight away which was very good. Other than that amazing hotel and staff."

"My stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The room was fully equipped with everything needed, and the price was excellent for the quality of the room and the overall experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great value for money."

"We stayed here as part of a layover on our way back from the Maldives and it could not have been more perfect. We had notified the hotel staff that we were celebrating our anniversary and they had left us some treats in our room on arrival. We were travelling with our two young children and the staff were so accommodating of them. The hotel was nice and modern, offered easy access to most places in Doha, breakfast was great as were the breakfast staff. During our stay, I visited the gym which was spacious and offered plenty of options and we also visited the rooftop pool. We thought it would have been good for the smaller pool atleast to offer some respite from the sun during the day but we still managed fine, would have been easier with kids if it had. We also did not realise it was an additional charge for spa access. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating and will be returning in the future."
