Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
I forgot 2 of my button up shirts in the room. I contacted the hotel, it was hard to get a response.
Later they found 1 of the button up shirts but they told me that the other one was missing. Of course the nice one is missing.
Whoever found it, only turned in one of them.
They should be ashamed of what happened.
They acted like maybe i was wrong! Actually at the beginning, they said there were no button up shirts that they found. Second time I had to talk somehow they found 1.
This never happened to me anywhere else before. Horrible.
