We loved this hotel! The staff are super helpful. While the place is a little frayed in places (like our towels) the rooms and public areas are beautiful and spacious with high ceilings. The breakfast buffet is magnificent. The location is unbeatable - a couple of minutes walk to Souq Waqif or the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is at an excellent location At breakfast Mai was lovely and remembered our coffee orders and was lovely Yasin was epic handling all our questions Some days service was inconsistent room cleaning wouldn’t always happen around the same time sometimes morning sometimes evening The location is epic and everything else was great

This was truly a wonderful stay at a tremendously clean and beautiful hotel. I cannot express enough positive statements about Al Najada Hotel. The Concierge, staff, Security, Valet, and any staff I encountered were top of the line. My wife and I arrived at the hotel late after a layover and a delayed flight. As exhausted as we were, we forgot all of that because of the welcoming we received here. We greatly appreciated staying here and will most certainly stay here when we return to Qatar. An amazing country with grace. An amazing hotel that exudes a similar grace.

Room was super dusty, curtain in room were full of dust, completely white on the top. I could barely breathe. I reported this to house keeping the moment I got in the room. Room was not properly cleaned, there were cigarette buds in the balcony plus it was very dirty, a used dental floss and hairs on bathroom sink, and no towels. I had to wait 30mins to get towels sent to the room. Carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. I was told someone will come clean room but no one ever did. I asked to be moved around 7pm and I was moved to a room that was only a little bit better, curtains were still full of dust. The curtains in the hotel need to be removed and washed. Cleaning crew is aware of the issue since I was told if I requested to move they were just going to give me another room with the same problem. Then around 11pm I was woken up by other guests trying to enter the room. Then the hotel staff attempted to enter the room but thank god I had locked the chain. Then front desk started calling me through the phone intercom asking me why I was in that room that it showed empty. Asking me who I was in spite the fact they were saying Miss Viviana. The whole thing was a nightmare. I was offered cero compensation or apologies for this. I spent the next 4 days sick without being able to breathe well from whatever dust I had to inhaled in that room.

Awesome hotel!

We had an amazing stay! We wanted to extend with one night but unfortunately due to high occupancy it was not possible but we really appreciated all the great service from awesome staff at the hotel. Super sweet, helpful and nice hotel staff! Thanks to all and especially Yassine, Eman, Bassit, Ali, Imran, Sharif, and rest of you we cannot remember your names but thanks to all of you! You made our stay memrable and we will definitely come back! Our children also enjoyed staying here :) great location!

Second time a charm

Our stay was excellent overall, with Yassein at the front desk being particularly friendly. The staff at the coffee stand served delicious Arabic coffee, and after checking out, Ali helped us with our luggage.
