"Overall, a great hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the complimentary mandarin orange juice taps that were provided for guests. The hotel was also located in a good location which was near the onsens and convenience stores nearby. The shopping street was also a stone's throw away. Definitely value for money and will consider staying in this property again when I am back in the area. "

"It is a good hotel but a little tricky because the entrance to the car park it’s just opposite the famous onsen so you have to turn right on the side of the onsen to get in.The car park is one of those that has an elevator -kind of uncomfortable to actually try to get in the door, but my husband did really well. I have pictures to prove it and our rental car was not damaged. "
