"Great hotel surrounded by restaurants and bars. Good breakfast. Spotlessly clean and the staff on reception were great. Large rooms with everything you need. No kettle or coffee maker in room which would have been nice."

"The staff was welcoming from the time we entered to the time we left. The rooms were clean and maintained daily as one would expect. This hotel has a restaurant inside that has a wide variety to offer on the menu. Great choice for conventions."

"Extremely friendly staff (even by German standards), nothing was a problem. Very convenient location for the HBF (main station) - it is directly opposite, however this also means that it is rather noisy at night and attracts all kinds of lowlife. "

"L'hotel est propre et en bon état. Plutôt loin du centre à pieds. Par contre, il faisait vraiment chaud dans la chambre, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre a cause du bruit de la rue, et la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de dormir dans cette chaleur. Il faut demander une chambre sur l'arrière et non pas sur la rue très passante."

"Staff was great and very welcoming. Hotel does feel but tired and outdated but the bed was really comfy. The bathroom had weird almost cigarette smell to it through entire stay. The area around the hotel didn’t feel safe - there was w number of homeless people around."

"Einfach unglaublich! Das Personal ist nachts dreimal in mein Zimmer gekommen – ein absoluter Bruch der Privatsphäre. Ich glaube nicht, dass es ein schlechteres Hotel gibt. Zudem waren die Handtücher alles andere als sauber. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!"
