"As Expedia VIPs, we were upgraded to a huge suite (Rm 1715) and received a welcome bottle of wine, chocolates and a $25 spa credit. Our concierge, Elan was great and we received excellent service from all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, the resort was beautifully maintained and we enjoyed the food, the entertainment, and the location (literally built into the mountainside). We saw tons of whale and even a sea lion swimming along the shoreline. "

"Our stay was excellent!! Our room was a pleasant surprise-very spacious. The staff was outstanding starting with check-in through checkout. We were fortunate enough to attend both the Mexican fiesta and the beach party- had a fantastic time. The entertainment staff go above and beyond. I can’t remember all their names but Roberto, Leylani, Sarah, Rodrigo-all so friendly. Waiters at the pool were outstanding. We can’t wait to come back!!"

"Clean rooms, clean bathrooms throughout resort, lots of activities at the resort and bar hopping to the other 2 resorts were fun as well! people were very friendly, beaches were clean, pools were clean, food tasted great and the resort was close to downtown. Can’t wait to go back!!!!! "

"Hidden gem! Affordable price and such an iconic hotel. If you are looking for somewhere to just relax, this is the resort! Food were amazing, staffs are all friendly. 2 pools, 3 snack bars, 2 restaurant, swim-up bar. Everything you need! I would suggest not miss out on their sushi snack bar! Chris and Danny from Trebol snack bar is just beyond amazing! 2 very lovely amigos! The only downside was No free room service. So if you get hungry at night, their restaurant is only until 10pm. Room service is available but you need to pay ridiculous prices. Also the fact that you cant use their all-inclusive after check out was a bummer. We had a 4pm flight and checked out at 11am but was told we cant sit on the bar to have a few drinks or snacks. Never heard this from other all-inclusive hotel and also was told when I phoned the night before that yes we can. But the front desk said no and cut my band. Other than that, it was a good experience."
