"Great place"

"We stayed at Playa Grande over the Easter weekend, 2026. Overall the stay was great. The room was spacious and located conveniently next to the pool area, easy access to the beach. The room condition wasn’t the greatest: dirty bathtub with broken shower that kept running hot water. The shower was extremely challenging to regulate. The A/C was not working properly. The housekeeping was excellent though -big thank you! The amenities were great overall, a few decent size pools, a really large hot tub. There weren’t enough chairs by the pool and guests kept ‘reserving’ these with their towels. The restaurants on the property weren’t great. The service was slow, and the food was subpar, especially the sports bar. It took them 45 minutes to serve us a hotdog and a pizza, and both meals were awful. Anyway, I don’t recommend this place if you want to do all inclusive. Although, the location of playa grande is unbeatable with the marina and plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen in my life! You can’t swim there, but the walks are unforgettable!"

"Our stay was amazing! The friendly staff, well served drinks at the bar, and delicious choice of restaurants made this all inclusive resort a definite re-visit whenever in Cabo. Grounds were well maintained and the pool was gorgeous with beautiful views of Medano Beach. Our room view overlooking the Marina was beautiful, especially at sunrise with the mountains nearby. The boardwalk was easily accessible with many restaurants and shops to choose from. Couldn't say enough good things about this hotel. Can't wait to return!"

"The hotel had my reservation, so easy check in and check out. No billing issues. Multiple pools (the rooftop one is for adults only), hot tubs and beach is 10 steps outside the property. The gym was nice but gets crowded at peak times. Aleta restaurant has long wait times to receive food. The hotel issued new room keys without verifying IDs or any information (big safety concern), the balcony doors don’t lock, and the last night I could hear upstairs guests VERY loudly. "

"2nd stay at the Ridge at Playa Grande. Love the location, walking distance from marina. Staff is wonderful. Room cleaned very well by maids. Loved building A last year. We were moved to building E this time. We definitely got our steps in! Ridge pool was adults only. Would definitely stay here again. "
