"Hotel is nice and clean but my stay two nights in a raw was horrible. I was there for my mom’s surgery the first night at one in the morning house keeping want to be cleaning the room right next to mine so that messed up my sleep for the night. The next night the fire alarm was going off and not one staff could have told us what was going on. Had us outside for 30 minutes with no answers "

"Perfect condo for a family, beautiful outdoor space and pool. Staff is very friendly and attentive to requests. Very close proximity to food and shopping options amd Disney parks. Great value overall. "

"Annoyed that when we arrived and checked in at 2:30 pm, we were told the room was ready, but we couldn't check in because a supervisor had not inspected the room yet. My wife and son waited 1.5 hours until they finally allowed us to get the room keys and go to the room at 4:00 pm. I can't imagine it would take more than 5-10 minutes for a supervisor to walk through and inspect the room. Then during the stay, there was a youth soccer tournament and the young kids took over the hotel, pool and amenities. When we advised the front desk at check out they advised they heard similar complaints from other guests, but offered nothing for the inconvenience."
