"Room was clean but the at 7am we were woken up by banging and tools and then informed there was a leak in the room under us and was believed to be from the ac. They were quick tho to accommodate us in another room and a 50$ credit for the inconvenience to use at their bar, deli or towards a massage. Was very satisfied at the end even with the inconvenience. "

"We arrived late Saturday October 11th. The staff was very courteous and friendly and they put us on a 2nd floor unit. The next day I went back to the courtesy desk because I had a question. They asked how our unit was and they realized that I was handicapped so they changed us to a ground floor unit. It made our stay so much easier. "

"The room was great and included a kitchen with a balcony. I really enjoyed the restaurant, and ended up eating several meals there. The wait staff and bartenders were great, and I really liked the food. It was a great experience, and if I travel to Orlando again, I would definitely try to book this place first."
