"The room was clean but really old and overall pretty gross. TV had a big weird bright spot in the middle, super distracting. Shower was leaky and mildewy. Blinds didn’t close properly. We were not in the renovated area as advertised on Expedia so that was disappointing. The garden was mostly dead, I don’t think any landscaping maintenance has been done in years. Life guards were really unfriendly. Water slides were fun. "

"It was not what I expected the pictures online make the space look bigger than what it actually is. The hot water did not work at a certain time I let the shower run for hours before it actually got hot. All the doors are sliding doors so there really is no privacy or real separation.
