"One staff member wasn't great. He announced to the room that I was staying alone. When I asked for a new hair blow dryer he said it was 'impossible'. (The next morning a much better staff member gave me a new one.) The pool needs a water slide."

"Great location and staff. Rooms were clean, but they had too much heat on, so we had to turn the fan on overnight. Not really much for amenities but the area had a lot of restaurants, shops, parks. If you get a higher floor with ocean view, you won’t be disappointed."

"Beautiful view. Room was clean and quiet. Only downfall was no elevator, which we knew of but didn't realize lobby was on 5th floor and complimentary breakfast/ restaurant was on 3rd floor. So no matter what floor you were on you had to go up 3 sets of stairs. My bad for not checking further into it."

"Bed was comfortable and the floors seemed cleaned. I used to always go to this hotel many many years ago and it was so pristine and tidy. This time it kind of has a hostel vibe. This once beautiful boutique hotel is looking pretty rough and will not be going back. Such a shame because it right across from the water and in such a beautiful spot. My room was right beside a fire door that kept on opening and closing - which felt like all night - so quite noisy. .got underground parking which was nice. The free breakfast that was served look nice - but I didn't eat anything. Check in and check out was uneventful. "
