"We absolutely loved staying at the Hotel Posada San Jose. The views of Cuenca from our room and from the dining room were priceless and so beautiful! The staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. You step outside of the hotel and you are within walking distance of all of the lovely sites of the historic center of Cuenca.
