Extreme noise of furniture moving through mid night and their response was people are leaving and the noise will end soon, 3 of us woke up due to it! More like a pension or motel than a hotel, feels like people also live in the building. Not what I expected for this price.

If you stay at this hotel make sure you do not stay on the 6th floor. On the 7th floor there is a restaurant and you hear the constant moving of chairs and tables. This is a great hotel other than that. Perfectly located but you do need to walk a bit to the free parking. With all this said I recommend this hotel anyway

lo único bueno el personal. No recuerdo una noche estando de vacaciones peor, "nos tocaron" al lado 2 habitaciones con lo que supusimos preadolescentes que , aprovechando la ausencia de sus padres , nos dieron la noche, estuvimos aguantando los ruidos hasta las 12 de la noche al entender que ellos tenían fiesta, pero a esa hora tuvimos que llamar a recepción e informar del problema. No se si en algún momento la chica que recibió la queja hizo algo, ya en en ningún momento los ruidos pararon ni oímos algún tipo de reprimenda o aviso a esas habitaciones. Para colmo descubrimos que los padres de las criaturas estaban alojados en el mismo hotel, pero claro 2 pisos mas abajo, ósea que ellos ni se enteraron. Me parce increíble que por parte de la organización del hotel puedan permitir esto, ya que si hubieran estado al lado, ellos mismos hubieran reaccionado a los ruidos. La fiesta duro hasta pasadas las 2 de la mañana y ,claro, teniendo el despertador a las 7 para seguir el viaje , ya les puedo contar mi alegría al día siguiente al no haber descansado . En resumen, que le he cogido manía a Cuenca sin tener culpa alguna y por supuesto pondré la reseña negativa del hotel en todos los sitios que pueda para que nadie tenga que pasar por eso. P.D. no fuimos los únicos afectados ya que coincidimos con los de la habitación inmediatamente inferior a estos personajes y han pasado la misma nochecita. PARA OLVIDAR
