The staff are so welcoming and friendly! The location is also perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the heart of the historic city, but still in a calm and quiet area. Would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting.

The best hotel we stayed at during this trip. The owners/staff were simply outstanding. Very helpful with tips for seeing the area and making sure all our needs were met. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect and there was a lot to park in across the street. It was a short walk to Old Town.

The hostess, Ludivine, is amazing and very welcoming. Upon our arrival she helped us find a parking spot, then she gave us a tour of the hotel and garden, she provided us with wine glasses and plates so we could enjoy our cheese and baguette along with a fine glass of wine in the garden. She made us feel like a part of her extended family. We have travelled a lot and have never felt more welcome. The hotel is very quaint and well situated. We highly recommend staying at Hotel de la Porte St Malo.
