"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. "Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich. Toll war auch das es unten einen Raum gab in dem man sich abends noch treffen konnte. Das einzige was nicht in Ordnung war, dass das Zimmer voller Käfer und Spinnen war. "

"Room was great, very clean but a strange layout. A bit of a maze to get from our room to the reception area. Had a high ceiling, almost looked like a refurbished hospital, but nicely maintained. Excellent location, close walk to town centre and Christmas markets. Parking was convenient and free."
