Great as always

I'm always staying at Moxy when I'm in Mannheim/Ludwigshafen. It's a great hotel. The people are really nice and helpful. The only downside is the price of the breakfast. 18€ is above any budget I can have for a breakfast. It would be nice to have a reduced version under 10€ (coffe/tea+small bite+fruit juice)

Moxy in Ludwigshafen is very modern and comfy place to stay. Room is at reasonable size for 2 people. Walking distance to the shopping centre, city centre (tram and bus services) and train station. Staff is always there to help. Breakfast is good and healthy balance food is served. There are many restaurants around the hotel.

Everything was great The room was clean and there is a great pizza place next door. Our view was of the river. There is no refrigerator in the room though. Parking at the mall next door seemed odd but it did work out.

The Hotel is good and the rooms were very clean and comfortable with a view of the Rhein River which is nice. What is very unpleasant is i went to the Hotel to check in early which is not possible,so we left our lugguage at the Hotel. We were told that our BOOKED AND CONFIRMED FAMILY ROOM will be available at 2 PM. Before 1PM i got a cancellation so i called.at the telefon i was confirmed by a .Mr.Leo that everything is okey and the room is confirmred.when we came at around 4pm later that day...our Familie room was not available and we got a normal room. That was not nice at all. But the rest was okey and one receptionist at the afternoon was very helpful.The Hotel is nice a modern and comfortable.
