"The bed was very comfortable, the staff was very helpful, it was located right next to the beach, and they allowed pets. I brought my dog and his crate so that was the main reason we booked a room here, but they charged an extra $25/day as a "pet fee". Also, the property and room were not in great shape. The A/C did not cool the room very well, the shower floor was flaking up and delaminating, the shower had poor pressure, the television/remote were not functional, walls had molding falling off the wall, molding sections taped into place, apparent mold, drywall damage, there was an exposed electrical junction box sticking up from the floor beneath the AC system, and there were flies in the room upon arrival. We were there for the beach so we didn't stay in the the room much, but we've no intention of staying here again."
