"Only 15 minutes by walk from Durban Square.
Staff young and very kindly.
Breakfast with good quality of foods.
Cleaning ok.
In general all excellent at an honest price."
"The towels were dirty, not too friendly, not satisfied with their service, inconvenient, and limited transportation, and hard to find the hotel's venue. "
"The personnel is extremely nice and helpful.
The room quality is not great, however good and in line with local standard. Quality/price is good.
Position is ideal for going out and exploring.
The windows are old some cannot be closed and the noise is quite some in the nighttime. Pigeons are also nesting outside the window, they should be eradicated with proper protection (ie spears for them not to sit)"
"Room is pretty big, clean and spacious. Manager Mr. Kedar was so helpful with things like booking tourist bus tickets, he even offered me city sightseeing with a good price which was very much worth it.
I highly recommend this hotel."
"I recently had a 2 week stay here and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are clean, secure, in a great location with loads of restaurants/bars shops nearby, the rooftop is very nice and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They can also organise treks/excursions for you"
"It's right next to the Durbar, a very convenient location. The staffs were very nice and helpful. We also liked the hotel restaurant. If you want to stay in a building with history, you will enjoy it. "

"The Dwarika is an oasis. The spa and gym facilities are out of this world. It is a living cultural museum with wood carvings and art and traditional but fancy local cuisine.
It was exactly what I needed after the Everest Marathon, a place to detox and recover. Even the air is better and sweeter in the hotel. It isn’t near Thamel but that is why it is peaceful. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. It isn’t the luxury, it is the support of Nepali and Newari traditions that put it over the top.
PS The basil lemonade is addictive
PPS The lady who manages the treatment center is a fourth generation healer and she has an incredible nasya recipe for your sinuses and lungs
PPS Try a game of Tigers and Goats"
"the hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! The food tasty and inexpensive overall. Unfortunately, some of the clerks in the shops in the lobby took a hard-sell approach to customers."
