"Everyone was super friendly! Gantry, at the front desk, was super courteous and got us all checked in. Arthur, at the bar, even took the time to come out and bring our kids ice cream to the pool. Would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back in January! Thank you again!"

"Upon entering our room, there was hair in the shower and it didn’t appear cleaned. There was a wedding band on the floor, which means they might not have vacuumed. While staying there, the elevator broke twice and our tv broke once. During our entire four day stay, not once was our room serviced — we were only provided one roll of toliet paper and bought our own from the store along with Clorox to clean the bathroom with. There’s also no fan in the bathroom, so showers fill the entire room with steam and condensation. During check out, I had to call to make the front desk phone to ring and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. Overall, I was quite disappointed as the reviews and pictures seemed good for this location, but I will not be staying again. "

"A stay at the Red Roof Inn on the bad side of town would probably be better than this hotel. The entire floor stank of mildew and mold, the carpet in our room was wet the entire stay, beside the bed was completely soaked in what I fear was probably toilet water. The carpet also looked to be stained from some sort of bodily fluid in multiple places. The humidity inside the room was so terrible we went outside into the Louisiana humidity to get RELIEF. there was no house keeping for the 5 days we were there. We went to the front desk to get towels everyday and unfortunately several were stained in a questionable manner. The beds are hard as a rock and due to the state of the rest of the hotel I was terrified to sleep in them. The pool is out of service and drained, as well as the gym being closed and out of order, the floor was covered in water and towels the whole time. The best part of this stay was when we checked out to go home and immediately shower. "

"Checking in was horrible ! Got to our room and the room was dirty. Bed wasn’t made , clothes from previous guess laying on the floor , bugs in the sheets! Breakfast was horrible! The man that was putting the food out was cleaning with gloves then fixing food with the same gloves. Parking is sketchy as well. "

"The experience was definitely below average for our stay. Our room felt very dirty when we walked in. The room was humid and the air conditioning did not work very well. We found bugs crawling on the ceiling so we had to call the front desk to move to a new room. The highlight of the stay was breakfast. "

"I was immediately harassed for spare change by someone as I entered the property. The same person tried to get money from me 2 more times before security finally asked him to leave. The restaurants are average at best. The casino is below average. The hotel was clean but I had to walk a mile to get to my room. Overall, there are many way better options for entertainment than here."
